We celebrate our friendship and partnership of over two decades with Evelyn Monroy, proprietor of Elms Accessoria. Long before it was fashionable to talk sustainability, she is a true artisan working with local butchers taking normally discarded horns and bones of the Philippine water buffalo and creating culinary tableware, aiming at 100% sustainability for her craft.  It was a natural fit with our common ethos that we partner together.
